I'm Surfacing

Hello world! My last final of the semester was yesterday. Life is wonderful again. So very wonderful. I went to bed at ten last night and, besides a five-thirty a.m. feeding for Caleb, slept soundly until seven-thirty. Wooo hoooo!!!! I would like to take a minute to thank everyone who made this semester possible for our family. Thank you U.S. Government and BYU Financial for providing me with grants and scholarships that paid for my tuition. Thank you Adam and Caleb for being flexible and manageable and allowing me to do the majority of my homework. Thank you Amanda Harper for watching my two kids despite already having one yourself and being pregnant as well. You are amazing. Thank you Aunt Kate for moving your whole self to Utah for three months so that my children could have someone always with them who would care for them, teach them, and love them. Thank you for washing my dishes and doing my laundry and picking up after the kids. There is NO POSSIBLE WAY I could have done this without you.  Thank you my sweet husband for staying up late with me while I finished projects, spending long hours at the Family History Library with me and an uncooperative Caleb, and letting me cry on your shoulder when I thought I just couldn’t make it anymore.  You are amazing and I love you.

Just one more semester and a six week internship left. I can do this. We can do this. Go Team Berg! (and Aunt Kate J)
