The Gingerbread House

My mom came to visit us and attend some local genealogy conferences in January. My kids love when grandma visits. Not only is she entertaining, she usually also brings fun stuff with her that they wouldn't have gotten to experience otherwise. This time she brought a kit to make a gingerbread house.

I know hind-sight is 20/20 but I really should have taken James out of his jacket and stuff before we started....

Caleb was really helpful with taste testing the candy before we put it on the house. I am happy to say that it was all safe.
