David had a mullet. It wasn't just any mullet though. David's mullet had grown to the point that the longer parts of it would often catch food remnants and slobber. Have I mentioned before that David is a gross baby? David is a seriously gross baby. Many shirts have been sacrificed to his grossness and I suspect that many more will be sacrificed in the future. I do have high hopes that he will eventually overcome this trait and will learn to keep things in his mouth. Until then, we must take preventative measures. One of these was cutting his hair in order to avoid finding cereal and other such things in it. I was surprised by his easy acceptance of the whole thing.
Dad did most of the work while I took pictures.
Look at that smile. He thought the whole thing was great.
Short hair! Happy day! I wonder what we did about that cowlick....
James got his hair cut too although he didn't need it. His hair grows slow, slow. He loves the whole thing though and didn't want to be left out.
Adam also participated because he did need it and, as you can see, he loved every minute of it.
