Once there was a month called November....
I thought I would start this post with an ode to me. This is me after experiencing three days of children with the flu.
This is me after a long day of children and a nighttime errand that required some level of makeup and put-togetherness.
This is me after Kate babysits the children for a while and gives me enough time to remember that I am actually a person, not a thing. Any questions?
Rebekah had a lot of firsts in November. Her first stolen cracker.
Her first time making me do this in order to encourage her to eat.
Her first tooth (she now has eight).
Such a pretty girl.
Her first bath in the sink instead of the baby tub. She really liked it but she did not like me taking pictures of the experience. As you can see, the flash was disrupting her fun.
And her first time waking up from her nap like this. To this day neither one of us is sure how she managed this.
James fell asleep like this on Eric's chest in church one day. Every time we tried to move his finger he would stick it back up his nose. We believe he was sleep picking.
This is Caleb's first selfie.
Grandma Pamela was in the hospital for a few days in November and we had a Family Home Evening on prayer. Each person had to draw two pictures: one of something they could express gratitude for and one of something they could ask for during their prayers. Adam drew a picture of Grandma Pamela and told us we could ask for her to feel better. I was so touched that he would think of something like that all by himself.
I think Eric is in there somewhere......
The boys smashed one of my pickle jars on the floor of the cold storage. What a lovely perfume that left for us....
And finally, my amazing husband passed his real estate licensing exam and is now a Real Estate Agent. He is officially the smartest man ever and I am so proud! What a wonderful month it was.
