James's Birthday Was Fantastic

James's birthday was fantastic and he enjoyed every minute of it.

One of James's requests for his birthday was to get two dozen donuts. One dozen for himself, and one dozen for everyone else. Since I love to give in to birthday requests, I took him to Macey's and let him sit in this car/cart thing while we picked up the donuts.

Macey's has what is called a Texas donut and it was love at first sight for James. It took him the good part of the day to eat it all.

A little donut/ear tickle for David.

James wanted everything to be rainbow for his birthday and Aunt Kate did not dissapoint.

A helpful hand from dad to make sure James was the one who blew his candles out.

Rainbow on the inside as well as the outside.

A pile of presents for my sweet boy.

A rubber chicken that he chose himself.

An amazon gift card from Aunt Lauren. My kids love her gift cards!

A rainbow umbrella for those April showers.

Aunt Kate bought James an actual rainbow which he was super excited about.

We hung it on the wall above his bed. It lights up and plays rain sounds. He was enchanted.

A birthday rainbow balloon making rainbows on the wall.

James's birthday also included a visit from Suzie (seen here as a blur) who played with the kids until everyone was laughing and giggling.

James asked for a trip to the nickel arcade and a game of lazer tag for his family birthday trip. These two thought that was a great idea.

My charming, happy, vampire birthday boy. Happy Birthday my dear!
