We celebrated MY birthday in March. I love that each year my birthday gets more and more important to my children. They had so many sweet notes and things for me this year and I loved every minute of it. I'm sure that Kate's influence has something to do with their increased interest. She is always so good to me.
For my birthday this year I got baby chicks!
Isn't that the cutest thing ever?! He is trying so hard not to smash it!

Caleb was so excited. He has wanted chickens since we moved last year.
He stared at them for a long time.
So did Gabby.
Eric took me to see Newsies for my birthday. It was so good to spend time alone with my love.
He also took me on a trip to the Vernal Temple. Kate was nice enough to watch the kids so we could make it an overnight trip. We ate at some Dinosaur BBQ place which cracked me up. I love visiting the strange places in our home state.
"Shhhhhh! You have to sing to me!"
I look just a little crazed here which is okay. I deserve to look this way. I am the mother of five. Isn't that a pretty cake that Kate made for me?
