Our February started off with a bang as we celebrated Eric's 30th birthday as a family. I am so grateful for every year that I get to spend with this loving, talented, and handsome man. I am truly blessed. Trying to celebrate our two birthdays with our four hoodlums can sometimes be challenging as you can see here, but we wouldn't have it any other way. Ok, maybe sometimes we would like to have it another way but 99.99% of the time we are quite satisfied and thrilled with our little band of brothers.
Those of you who know our children know that they are the epitome of picky eaters. This means that even birthday cake will be avoided by most of them. Weirdos. Eric asked for pie instead of cake this year and I acquiesced by making a Triple Chocolate Oreo Pie. Yes, it was very good. Thank you for asking. Fortunately for Eric and me, only one of our children wanted anything to do with it. The rest of them chose Jell-O instead. Weirdos.
Our one pie eater. He ate Jell-O s well which made for a weird combination on his face.
Caleb wanted pie on his plate but didn't eat any. Doesn't he look thrilled to be there.
Adam didn't want pie but did take a moment to tell us one more story.
David wasn't allowed to have pie but he did enjoy squashing the Jell-O on his tray.
Cutest Jell-O face ever.
