The Randomness of January

Oh the random moments of January.....

Adam got invited to his first birthday party. It was for a girl and Frozen themed but he didn't seem to mind. He took it upon himself to be the present director when the time came. I'm sure everyone was very grateful for his help. 

Eric traveled a bit during January. Adam took the opportunity one dinner to make an apple dad to represent his real dad. He was very pleased with how big the head was. I'm not quite sure how that pertains to Eric....

I got my hair cut and colored while Eric was gone. Halfway through the process I got a call from the school saying Adam was sick. This is how I arrived at the office to pick him up. Such a fashion statement.

A selfie with me and my man. My parents took us to a Jazz game while they were up in Salt Lake and we had so much fun. I think we won. They were playing the Lakers so I guess it was a win for me either way.

Eric traveled to Las Vegas for the International Surfaces Convention. Oh the life of an asset manager.

Eric and Caleb lay just like this when they watch tv. So weird....

Yep, that's blood streaming down my Caleb's face. My children have recently started watching Ninjago and they all think they are ninjas. One night after we put them to bed they took apart James' bed and used the wooden slats that hold the mattress up as weapons. Caleb was the first recipient of a death blow. Luckily it wasn't as bad as it looked. 

There he is all patched up with a butterfly bandage and smiling. Needless to say we have since screwed the wooden slats to the bed frame. Unfortunately, the Ninjago craze continues. Oh Berg Boys....
