A Trip To Burley

We took advantage of some of the fleeting days of summer last month and made a trip to Burley. The boys had a wonderful time playing with their cousins outside and visiting with their grandparents.

One of the kids figured out how to turn on grandpa's spigot and a mud puddle quickly formed. Everyone took advantage of the warm, squishy mess.

So, so fun to play in the mud.

Caleb decided that some of the mud would look better on the swingset than in the mud puddle. He has such artistic talent.

David is such a happy boy.

James tried to roast a marshmallow and it caught fire. As you can see he was very distraught.

David didn't want to get too close to the fire because it was so hot but he wanted to roast marshmallows as well. I think they probably would have dried out before they actually cooked.

Grandpa Logan had taken the kids out on the boat earlier that day and they just couldn't seem to get enough of it. They climbed in the back once it had been parked and made themselves at home. Adam looks like he is a little too at home.

Ahoy there!

David felt that he needed to play as well so I gave him a boost up and said a quick prayer that all would be well. Everyone survived.

Awesome trampoline fun.

Cute Caleb close up.

The boys slept in one room while we were there. Don't they look cozy? Yay for trips to Burley!
