My sweet David turned four this year and he was so happy about it. He had smiles for everything and everyone.
This was David's cake. Kate wanted to make it much more stylish and beautiful but the boy requested a chocolate cake with pink and green frosting and slugs. Kate and I decided that next year only general directions will be taken from children under 12. Regardless of how it looked, it was super yummy.
And David thought it was perfect!

Grandma Pamela's gifts came in several different shipments which made this boy so happy! He kept getting presents. It seemed to never end. These are a few of his slugs.

Grandma Pamela also gave him a card with a puffy sticker of a boy on it. You would think that he had died and gone to heaven.
