Christmas Day

The big day finally arrived and it was pretty great.

The night before, Eric, Kate and I spent time setting up toys and wrapping gifts. It looked pretty impressive when we were finished.

Isn't that sweet?

In the morning the kids called up the stairway to wake us up. They were ready to go!

There they are on Christmas morning. Yes, they beat the sun.

Stockings were looked at first. Rebekah loved her candy cane full of Starburst Jelly Beans.

James loved whatever that blurry thing is that he is holding ;)

Adam and Caleb found their Nerf guns and set to it.

Whirling pink cloud of happiness.

David was pretty pleased with his green bike.

Everyone got a pillow and new sheets which they tolerated with a great deal of indifference. Personally, I thought they were a great gift.

They did enjoy the sparkle pillows they got. I thought they were cool too.

David and...... I just like the happiness on his face.

There goes James on his new bike!

James opening the present David got for him. They all bought presents for each other this year with their own money and I loved shopping with them and watching them open the gifts Christmas morning. Each of them were so excited for people to open the presents they bought.

Something green. He loves green.

Adam and Caleb got a few gifts together this year. One of them was this BeyBlade Battle Stadium. Yep, that's a thing.

Another panda for James. This one came with an additional baby panda.

A tea set for Rebekah. She had been nagging me about this one for a while.

David, who is once again blurry, got a Minecraft backpack that he thinks is pretty cool. Good purchase mom!

This hat came with a purse. She was pretty enchanted with the set.

There goes the blur!

He wanted to open her gift for her. She looks like she might want to do that herself.

Nintendo Switch games to go with the new Nintendo Switch system we bought. David was pretty stoked as you can see here

Christmas carnage. Ollie loved it. It was like his own cave of wonders. There he goes!

Pink and her new dollhouse.

The BeyBlade Battle Sadium assembled.

More Christmas carnage.

Enjoying the new Nintendo Switch system.

She was pretty determined to assemble the new puzzle she had received from one of her brothers.

I made sure to help her out. We are so talented together.

Christmas sure makes us tired. Yay for Christmas Day!!!
