Preparations for Christmas in the Berg household began shortly after Thanksgiving.
We bought some festive window appliques and everyone set to work decorating.
Unfortunately no one was as organized as I thought they should be while applying them to the window. I was picturing snowy landscapes and animated storytelling.
James almost gave me what I was wanting but then his Santa took a turn for the worse.
So proud of her creations.
Getting out the Christmas tree meant getting out the super big ladder. Everyone wanted a turn climbing to the top.

David took great care in setting up the wooden Nativity. I love when he gets focused like this.
Because if he's not focused he is like this ;)
The stocking were hung by the chimney with care. In hopes that many presents soon would appear.
