Sunshine Shelly's

The month after we moved to Oklahoma it was time to celebrate Halloween. In Utah we used to visit Jaker's or some other festive pumpkin patch. In Oklahoma we found a place called Sunshine Shelly's.

Sunshine Shelly's had an awesome jumping pad that everyone enjoyed.

Especially James who you can see flipping there in the back.

This was how tall Adam was that fall.

And how tall my handsome husband was as well.

This was a haybale maze for children. Adam decided to forgo the path and vault the wall instead.

We also found a corn maze where I remembered once again that corn mazes freak me out and make me feel claustrophobic. It's like a lesson I can never permanently learn......

The most thrilling part of Sunshine Shelly's was the apple shooter. It was very satisfying to watch those apples soar!

Adam was very intent on hitting those targets.

David wanted to shoot the gun but didn't like the noise it made. Dad had a solution.

James was a sharp-shooter.

Even pink joined in the fun. Isn't she precious?

Eric made sure to wrap up the show with a few bullseyes.

Rule breakers!

Rule breakers!

Rule breakers!

The kids were enchanted with the little train pulled by a tractor.

For a split second I pondered how I could build my own train.........

There they go!

Adam did NOT want to ride the train and spent some of his time in a train instead.

The petting zoo had some sheep and goats that were nice enough to let the kids pet them.

They seems indifferent to the whole thing.

As we were rounding up people to leave we realized that Rebekah had made a new friend. They sat and talked for a good long while. Yay for Sunshine Shelly's!
