A few random moments from October.......

Why sit on separate couches when you can all sit as close to Aunt Koda as possible?

I found a bulb planter tool at a store and was so stoked that I snapped a picture to send to Eric. Unfortunately said tool was highly overrated and never worked quite how it was supposed to. 

This boy got stung for the FOURTH time in his life. Seriously, he is a glutton for punishment.

We had a horrific ice storm in October and everything was coated in ice. We lost power for a while and turned our fireplace on for the first time for heat. All was well until we realized that it was leaking gas. Luckily the house didn't blow up and we found alternate heat sources. 

The abnormal weather was quite the shock for us but in a few days everything had melted and it was all back to normal.  

We have since learned that Oklahoma weather is constantly trying to kill us. We aren't quite sure why but we refuse to be moved. We will remain! All so we can enjoy beautiful days like this.
