Grandma Bev

I have a wonderfully special relationship with my Grandma Bev. I have adored her from a young age and now that I am older I count her as one of my best friends. She is a person filled with great wisdom and understanding. I am so grateful to be her granddaughter. I am also grateful that she adores my boys and that the feeling is mutual. Spending a few hours with her is always a wonderful part of our trips to Cali. Here are a few moments with her that I caught on film.

Adam loves Grandma Bev especially well.

He loves to tell her long, interesting, intense stories. She listens patiently to them all.

They hit it off quite well.

She always plays whatever game the boys may be interested in at the time. She plays long past the time when I would have suggested something else.

She is not even opposed to activities that take a little more energy like chasing balloons with a 15-month-old.
