Snow Day

We had our first snow in the beginning of November and I took the boys outside for a bit to see it before it all melted away. I have to admit that this was quite a sacrifice for me. Even though the snow was already melting away to nothing, I feel that the only good snow is the snow behind walls and double-pained windows. Oh how I love my boys.

 

Adam wanted to walk in the deepest snow possible. After a few minutes he found a push broom and started sweeping up the snow. Count on Adam to want to clean things up and make them look orderly.

Caleb found the snow fascinating. However, nothing could top the fascination he had for the dog next door.

James passed his time by trying to crawl into the same big pile of snow over and over again. He fell in face first several times and then had to be comforted because his hands got too cold. You would think that after the first shock he would have moved on to something else. Such a boy........
