A Look Back At May

May, May, May. What can I say about May? Maybe I will let some random pictures clue you in to our happenings.

Adam and Caleb discovered the joy of the otter-pop. There were many big, sticky messes to clean up that night. James enjoyed an otter-pop as well but I must have been too busy with my wet-wipes too take a picture of him.

Caleb attempted to chew and swallow an entire orange. Needless to say it ended up on the ground not too long after his attempt.

James got stuck in the baskets under our easel. I would have said it was a mistake on his part but he did it again only moments after I had "saved" him.

James practiced his "larger/smaller" concepts. Love the way his brain is working here.

James became our little scab nose after falling off a bicycle that was too big for him. He is definitely our little dare devil.

Alli joined us for some fun with play dough. You will notice that all her colors are girl colors. My boys were only too happy to give them up. Weird.

I created this at the request of the children. Yes, it is a sheep in case you were wondering.

I also created this whale. After this sad attempt the kids stopped asking me to make things. Is it really that disappointing?

I enjoyed a wonderful Mother's Day in May that included:

Yummy Shish kabobs grilled by my sweet husband on our new grill purchased for Mother's Day/Father's Day.

A bouquet of lovely flowers also given to me by my amazing husband.

And a dozen yummy cupcakes given to me by my sweet-sister-in-law. Life was truly good that day.

That was our May. Bet you wish you were a part of our family, huh?
