Happy Birthday To Me

I had a birthday in March. I'm getting older and I don't mind it. I enjoy how much wiser I am now than I was a year ago and I love how much more amazing my life gets from year to year. I am truly blessed.

We went to the McDonald's playplace for part of my birthday celebration. David is in love with french fries and he doesn't mind everyone knowing it.

James was too distracted by the experience to take a proper picture. 

This is Caleb's new way of smiling. 

Adam was thrilled to be there. It's his favorite place ever. 

Eric wasn't pleased that I had taken his picture without warning him. 

So he took this to retaliate. Pretty, huh?

Our good friends Ashley and Bryton brought me an ice cream cake to help us celebrate. It's from 31 flavors. Clever huh?

Isn't that just a lovely name there and it was such a delicious cake too. Perfection all rolled into one. 

These were a lovely surprise from my Eric. He also took me to a restaurant that did not include a playplace for our own private celebration and he went clothes shopping with me and didn't even complain once. I would have to say that it was really one of my best birthdays ever. Happy Birthday to me!
