Rebekah's blessing was the day after the fourth of July. She looked so fluffy in her big white dress. It was so big that we had to change her at the chapel because her dress wouldn't fit with her in her baby carrier. I loved every minute of it.
Rebekah and her proud parents.
Eric helping me set my lighting for the pictures.
The first of what I hope will be many daddy-daughter pictures with Rebekah dressed in white.
All the brothers wanted to take pictures with the blessing girl. Adam got to be first of course because he is the oldest. Adam adores his Rebekah.
Rebekah was done taking pictures at this point but I carried on anyway because I knew I would never get her back into her dress after I changed her out of it for a nap. Poor Caleb had to hold a crying girl but he was a good sport.
James didn't seem to care that she was upset. He was just excited to take a picture with her.
David held her for .3 seconds. Long enough for me to take the picture but not long enough for him to do any permanent damage. You can tell that holding Rebekah is not a usual occurrence for David.
Grandma Cheryl and Grandpa Logan. What a good looking trio.
I have a picture just like this one from James's blessing. Interesting how history repeats itself.
Grandpa Todd and Grandma Pamela. More dress than baby here I think :)
My Grandma Rhea and her husband David. They are so good to come to every baby blessing.
Aunt Jasie and Rebekah.
Cousin Alli and a squirming Rebekah. Alli was so good to hold her anyway.
Eric's cousin Lance who has been a participant in the majority of our baby blessings. He has been there so often that I now find myself thinking: "I wonder what Lance would like to eat after the blessing on Sunday....."
It was so good to bless our last Berg baby. She is the cutest thing ever created and I am so grateful to be her mother.
