Scera Park Pool

Eric's company held their summer party at Scera Park and Pool this year. It was a little stressful for me since we have five little ones ages seven and under and Eric had to help with the BBQ before we could go swimming together. I lost David several times because he refuses to stay close by (I should have brought a leash) but we were all successfully reunited when it was time to go to the pool.

Rebekah and Andrew spent the first part of our outing like this. Such cute cousins.

The Scera Park Pool is great for little kids. The deepest the wading pool gets is three feet and it's shallow for a long time before it gets to that point. James and David were in heaven.

A happy little fish.

My little splashers.

David thought swimming was way fun. Look at that smile!

They had a kid sized slide at the pool and James made quick use of it.

Love my little daredevil.

Seth put the slide to use as well. Cute nephew.

The kids were able to make use of this enormous slide as well while we were there. That is Adam in the orange shorts down below.

That is Eric, James, Kevin, and Seth at the top waving there.

Adam was so brave and went down the slide all by himself several times. He loved it.

Eric, amazing dad that he is, took Caleb down the slide. Caleb was only marginally entertained.

James thought the slide was amazing and Eric was so good at keeping him above the water when they went in every single time.

Kevin was especially good at keeping his little one high and dry when they went in.

Kevin and Sethers.

A happy Adam.

Adam and Caleb roughhousing.

Adam and Caleb had so much fun with their friend Ellie. Lovin' those pink wings.

Kimber was so nice to sit with David and warm him up when he got cold.

It made him very happy.

Caleb also took advantage of a towel when he got cold.

James, on the other hand, sat in the water and shivered with blue lips when it was time to go because he wanted to stay and play longer. Oh James......
