Grandma and Grandpa also bought Pie Face to play during our visit. You play Pie Face by putting a pile of whipped cream on the game's plastic "arm," spinning the spinner with numbers, putting your face in the frame, and turning the handle the number of times you were given. If you're lucky, you manage to do all that without getting hit in the face with whipped cream. If you're not, you end up with pie on your face. The boys LOVED it.
Eric helping James turn the handle.
Ooops! Pie face!
Lucky for James, he loves whipped cream and licked it all off without any help from a paper towel.
He even asked dad for an extra squirt just for fun.
Dad was next. I love those squinty eyes of preperation.
Obviously, squinty eyes didn't seem to help him very much.
Pie face!
Grandma Cheryl was next. She wanted to make sure that whipped cream landed right in her mouth.
Not quite grandma.
Caleb appears to be calmly accepting his fate.
Nice call Caleb. Such a cute boy.
He's good at clean-up too.
Adam would NOT put his face in that hole but laughed heartily at everyone who did.
So eager to see Rylan give it a try.
Waiting in anticipation to see if Jasie will get hit.
Rebekah wouldn't put her face in the whole either but did decide to try some whipped cream.
Pretty soon a finger full was not enough. Dad was nice enough to supply her with more.
For the record, I want everyone to know that I also put my face in the hole. Unfortunately (fortunately) Eric failed to take a picture of me getting plastered with whipped cream. I will just leave that up to everyone's imagination.
