Rebekah (and David too)

I think I've figured out why there are so many pictures of Rebekah. She is home with Kate for seven hours longer than the boys are each day because of school. That gives her plenty of face-to-face time with the camera lens. I know that one day the boys will assume that we liked her better because of all this digital proof but that's not true. She was simply in the right place at the right time. That being said, here are another dozen pictures of our pink.

David, who is home for three hours longer than the older three during the day, often plays with his sister when no one else is around to distract them. They can be the best of friends or the worst of enemies. It all depends on the day. There are only happy pictures in this batch. No one wants to take pictures of children tattling and screaming at one other.

Happy times in a homemade fort.

And a barricade of chairs.

They have wonderful imaginations and they let their minds run wild. I love it.

Quite the diva, even in her sleep.

Rebekah loves these miniature shopping carts. Unfortunately, they are only at Smith's and she is always disappointed when we visit other stores and they do not have a cart made to fit her.

Too much?

Ready to eat frosting. Yum!

Rebekah got flowers from her daddy for Valentine's Day. They were pink and she was in love.

She was also quite eager to spread the petals all over the floor like a flower-girl gone rouge. When she was done with her own flowers she came for mine. It took some smooth taking to keep my pretty buds safe.

Rebekah is a pretend master right now which means she carries her toys around with her everywhere. You never know when the inspiration to pretend will hit you.

A little Fun-Dip spread all over the counter. How "Fun"!

When Grandma Pamela came up to visit us in February she brought with her a bag of princess dresses from Aunt Lauren. Rebekah was enchanted.

She couldn't have been more pleased with her new outfits.

Truly over the moon with happiness. She is such a girl!

This little girl is all sorts of sunshine and glitter. I can't wait to see the woman she will become.
