You know what I love about January? I am so sick of blogging December that I take as few pictures as possible and end up with only one blog for the whole month. That's right ladies and gentlemen! One January blog. Here we go.....
This little girl loves play-dough. She loves it so much that any play-dough she plays with can never be played with again. That means that Aunt Kate has to consistently make large batches of play-dough to keep the fun going. Aunt Kate is so amazing.
Sometimes the brothers play with play-dough as well. I think he is channeling the heart-eye-emoji.
Rebekah seems pretty enchanted with James' creation.
Obviously her dolls like play-dough as well. Or at least they like to be entombed in it.
One day when I took a child to the eye doctor I looked in a mirror and saw this. I think that as a mother I sometimes have difficulties remembering to take care of myself. No worries though. I made a hair appointment the next day. I'm super cute now.
This is her happy I-get-to-play-with-my-school-book smile. I think it's pretty cute.
The Christmas tree was so big that it took four men to get it downstairs for storage afterwards. They are so strong!
I looked out our living-room window to find the tree outside filled with birds. It was just a little creepy.
Not quite sure where she is going but she obviously disapproves of paparazzi.
There is a boy under there with a tall box on his head.
Rebekah called me to her room in terror one night to tell me she saw a spider. Now, she has had spiders in her room before. Big ones. So I rushed down and pulled her bed apart to find and kill the intruder. As I tore the bed apart she kept yelling "there it is!!!" which thoroughly freaked me out every single time. I eventually realized that this small black spot on her new blanket was the scary spider that I had been desperately searching for. Oh goodness Rebekah.
This handsome boy is going to school and got ready all by himself (tied shoelaces included).
This handsome boy is also going to school and got ready all by himself. What a difference a grade makes.
What a serious business woman.
Sometimes it's too cold outside so we bring our bikes into the living-room and ride them there. Life is just better that way.
Wahoooo!!!!
Dad is still able to pin all four boys at once sometimes. They are always quite upset about it ;)
Some serious learning going on here. No pictures, please.
Sometimes the cats can be found sleeping in strange places and when that happens everyone has to take a look.
Aunt Lauren bought her this for Christmas and she still carries it everywhere. She and the Barbie house are one.
Rebekah took this picture by accident but I couldn't help but post it because it so clearly captures Adam's feelings about church and Sunday. Perhaps someday this will change but, for now, this is the face.
Snowed in and loving it. Our view is lovely.
Rebekah and James would rather play in the snow than look at it.
She is the cutest little bundled snow person ever!
And finally, my sweet Caleb who is always the first to call bedtime and the first to fall asleep. He understands the important things in life. I love the randomness of January.
