Bridal Falls

So, this summer I took a photography class that required an assignment be turned in every week. This meant that our family had to make a few unexpected trips to places we would not normally go in the middle of the summer. One of these was Bridal Falls. I actually love Bridal Falls and our family has already been there several times since we moved nearby but it tends to get hot out there on the trail during the summer and I would much rather be somewhere air conditioned. The boys obviously don't share my opinion because they thought it was amazing. Actually, all temperature issues aside it was quite an enjoyable trip. Thank you UVU continuing education for making this all possible.

Adam and Caleb going for a run on the way there.

Adam loves taking care of his little brother. David thinks his big brother is AMAZING!!!

I was supposed to be freezing frames for this assignment. Eric tried swinging the boys so I could get a good shot. James said he wanted a ride but he had just woken up from a nap and I don't think he was quite ready for this.

Eric's look of confusion, asking me if we should continue this torture. Obviously we decided that that was not my picture moment.

Eric lifted Adam high in the sky. He was having fun until he realized how very high he was.

Caleb was our best swinger. Look at those lines!

We finally arrived at the falls after our long and leisurely walk up the trail. All of the boys started out on the rocks below the falls but none of their shoes were dry by the time they were done.

Caleb and Adam getting ambitious.

Adam telling us a long story about the falls and the rocks.

My three adventurers.

Finally getting their feet wet. I think James was jumping here.

David thought we had brought him here to chew on the rocks.

Eric quickly corrected his thinking.

They had so much fun exploring.

And throwing rocks. Oh, Berg Boys.......

David finally got tired and sat down in the cold water.

He started to shiver and we thought we had better round everybody up and head out.

These two didn't really want to go and ignored our suggestions for a bit before giving in.

Adam gave us one more round of jazz hands.

As did Caleb.

And we started our race home.

Love my Berg Boys.
