Burley has been our second home this summer and we were so happy when we got to go back in June. Every moment is a good moment in Burley and though there was no theme to our visit we enjoyed ourselves nonetheless.
We roasted some hotdogs and made s'mores for dinner. I'm not sure who Adam was cooking for but I'm sure he did a great job.
He is always happy to sit around after he cooks and chat. This time he told Grandpa Logan a story.
Caleb climbed the cherry trees with Rylan. He thought he was so grown up and awesome.
James and Caleb climbed the tree house to get a view. James was obviously more happy with me recording this important moment than Caleb was.
David found cherries on the ground under the tree and immediately started shoving them in his mouth. The thought of him choking on pits made me a little nervous and I am afraid I had to put an end to his fun.
I love all the grass and stems stuck to his face. What a goof.
I couldn't not include this picture. He is just so cute.
Adam has recently taken a liking to telling jokes. They don't often make sense to anyone but him but this is his facial expression when he tells them. He thinks he's so funny.
Caleb does his own share of socializing when we are in Burley. What a conversationalist.
Swings are always very popular in Burley. James got a little help from his dad for this one.
Caleb gave the whole pumping thing a try.
And Adam got creative, as five-year-olds generally do. We love to pass time in Burley!
