Fun At The Bair's House

While Eric and I were relaxing in lovely Seattle, the kids were having their own kind of fun in Idaho with their Aunt Alyson, Uncle Cody, and their cousins Drayke and Alli. We were so grateful that the Bair family opened their home to our little ones and that they made it so special for them while they were there. Alyson was nice enough to share the pictures she took while they were there so I could add the experience to our blog. Hopefully the captions are somewhat accurate. Correct me if I'm wrong Alyson!

Sweet David in his car seat. We had a long trip up to Idaho to drop the kids off before we went to the airport. The Bairs were nice enough to meet us halfway and do a car exchange so the kids could have their van for the weekend. It was so sad for me to drive away from the McDonald's parking lot without them. Sappy momma.

Uncle Cody is pretty amazing no matter what he is doing. What was he doing?

Rebekah found a piano kitty in the front room. Who doesn't love that?

Aunt Alyson is a much more creative cook than I am. Look at that amazing edible flower!

Adam tells me they were watching Cody put away the Labrador. They all look very concerned.

This has got to be the cutest picture I have ever seen. Are you close enough there Rebekah?

Dance party at the Bair house!

Go Caleb! Go!

A smile for Rebekah. Thanks for being so sweet Drayke.

It's a race! I think Rebekah dropped the flag at the starting line. She is totally facing the wrong way.

Caleb's in the lead!

I don't think Rebekah was very happy to take a ride in that wagon. Adam was a good sport for giving it a try anyway.

"Raking" leaves.

Lots of fun with Grandma Cheryl.

And he's down before he even takes off. It doesn't seem to bother him. A slide is a slide.

Is this not the cutest pink thing ever!!!

The Bair/Berg family visited the fall festival while the kids were there and it appears that everyone had a smashing good time.

Hay bale climbers.

It's serious business you know.

Look at that height!

Where's Caleb?

There he is!

David thought that it might be a little too high. Thanks for the help down Suzie.

Hay bale slide.

Miss Rebekah managed to wrangle two helpers for her sliding experience.

Bouncing fun for everyone!

Even for Rebekah.

Too bad her protective brother thought it was time for her to get off.

These swings may seem boring......

But once they get going.....

They are quite the fun ride.....

She's got them wrapped around her finger ;)

David took a moment to wrestle Aunt Jasie in the kernels.

And Rebekah decided to get a little buried.

It looks like Alli was the one who ended up getting the brunt of it though. It doesn't look like she minds.

A ride on the barrel train. I don't think they were super impressed for some reason.

James for sure had an opinion about the whole thing.

A wagon ride behind the big tractor. They all look pretty interested in that tractor. Boys and heavy machinery.

That's a super steep slide! How fun!

Go Caleb! Go!

James and Alli taking a turn.

James looked a little scared in that first picture but I think by the second ride he was doing it like a pro.

And finally, nothing is as fun as sliding down a big slide in the arms of Aunt Jasie. Except perhaps spending a wonderful weekend with the amazing Bair family. Thank you Bairs for making it all possible!
