You're A Mean One, Mr............ PASS!!!

The Elkins family has a new Christmas tradition. It's called the Grinch Game. Grandma provides an amazing present for each player of the game which are then placed in a gift bag and handed out randomly to the players who all sit in a circle. We then turn on the old cartoon version of The Grinch and listen. Each time the Grinch's name is said we all yell "PASS!!!" and the presents are passed around in the circle. You are free to look inside the bags as they go around and it is fun to watch everyone's faces as the presents go around and they start to think about which one they hope to end up with when the last "Grinch" is spoken at the end of the show. It is such a fun game.   

Grandma Bev joined us this year for the game. She was very helpful with Caleb who had all sorts of things to say. 

Adam had a hard time settling down before the game. It's so hard to be patient. 

Caleb was jumping out of his seat as well. 

Grandma finally sat down to help Adam be calm. He loves his grandma. 

Pamela, Todd, and Eric ready with their presents. 

Joseph and Kate were also ready to go. 

David spend most of the game in this box. We were happy to have him contained somewhere during the action.

James loved looking in each of the bags and created a little bit of a pile-up as he took his time. 

There he goes again. He had so much fun. 

Caleb and Grandma Bev were quite the team during the game. They were really on top of things. 

David finally scurried out of his box long enough to get a kiss from Grandma.

And a cuddle from Grandpa.

And a love from Aunt Kate. Goodness he never stops moving. PASS!!!
