These pictures should have been part of the October blogs but I forgot to download the pictures from Eric's phone in time. Just pretend November hasn't happened yet.....
My Eric is one amazing man. I absolutely adore him and am so grateful he is mine. Sappy, sappy, sappy, but oh so true. Here are just a few highlights from Eric's life in October.
Eric tends to be pretty serious about his work which has led some of his colleagues to think his demeanor gruff and a little unnerving. However, once you get to know him he has a heart of gold :)
Eric had an article printed in Student Housing Business in October. He is so smart.
He was also asked to speak at RealCON Utah. I'm telling you, he is so talented in his field and I am so impressed.
October was Redstone's manager's summit and Eric went on a seriously long hike with some of his colleagues from work before the training started.
Luckily the sights were amazing.

Eric makes THE MOST delicious hot chocolate ever. He heats the milk to exactly the right temperature and puts all sorts of goodness inside including chocolate shavings and condensed milk. I'm telling you: It's Heaven! Also, I should add that Eric doesn't even like hot chocolate. He does it all for me out of love. I know, sappy, sappy, sappy again.
This little girl loves her daddy as long as he is being nice and calm. No crazy roughhousing for her. A cuddle on the couch is perfection as you can see from that smile. Goodness I love this man!
