My Bulbs

This was the year I tried my hand at growing bulbs. I think they tuned out pretty good if I do say so myself. 

I was so excited when the first one broke the surface. 

Soon I was looking at a bunch of lovely green plants.

And then they became tulips. Some of them haven't flowered here. I had a group of dark purple tulips that flowered about two weeks later than the rest. 

Yep. It was pretty fun. Something I will definitely do next year.
